Three steps to care that fits
Step 1
Tell us your needs
A short conversation about care needs, schedule, and budget — by phone, form, or in-home visit.
Step 2
We match you with a caregiver
A Fenora-trained caregiver — or a licensed RN/LPN for nursing care — suited to what your family actually needs.
Step 3
Care begins, and we stay involved
Ongoing scheduling support and check-ins. We don't hand it off and disappear.
Why Fenora exists
Two hearts, one care.
We started Fenora because we saw how hard it was for Manitoba families to find home care that felt personal. Too many options meant a rotating cast of strangers, or a call centre far from Winnipeg with no real sense of the community here.
Our name comes from the idea at the centre of the business: care is a relationship, not a transaction. It takes two — a caregiver and the family they're supporting — working as one. That's what the split heart in our logo represents, and it's the standard we hold every match to.
