Fenora Home Care ("Fenora," "we," "us," or "our") is a brand of Nimoral Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit fenorahomecare.ca (the "Site") or interact with us through our contact and intake forms.

- For job applicants: experience, availability, and (for nursing contractor applicants) license information
We also automatically collect limited technical information through privacy-friendly analytics (see "Analytics" below) when you browse the Site.

- To assess and arrange care matches, or to process job and contractor applications
- To communicate with you about your inquiry, application, or ongoing care arrangement

We do not sell your personal information.
How we share your information
We share information only as needed to operate our business:
- Form processing: Our website forms are processed through Netlify Forms, which securely transmits form submissions to us.
- Analytics: We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies or track individuals across sites.
- Care coordination: If you engage Fenora for care services, relevant information is shared with the caregiver or licensed nurse matched to your care, and, where applicable, with independent contractor RNs/LPNs providing nursing care.
- We may disclose information if required by law.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics to understand how visitors use our Site. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information — it reports aggregate, anonymized usage data only.
Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, PIPEDA), you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, and withdraw consent for certain uses, subject to legal and contractual restrictions.
