Companionship & Homemaking
roughly $26–$30 / hour
Our most accessible tier — conversation, supervision, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands.
Personal Care
roughly $30–$36 / hour
Hands-on daily living support like bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance, delivered by a Fenora-trained caregiver.
Nursing Care
roughly $45–$65 / hour
Medication administration, wound care, and other regulated tasks, provided by an independent, licensed RN or LPN.
These are directional, Phase 1 estimates, not a fixed price list — final rates depend on your specific care plan and are confirmed before care begins.
What affects cost
Service type
Companionship and homemaking cost less than personal care; nursing care costs the most because it requires a licensed professional.
Hours needed

Funding & Government Programs
Fenora is a private-pay home care provider, but we know most families aren't starting from zero — Manitoba's regional health authorities (like the WRHA) offer publicly funded home care programs, including options like Self & Family Managed Care, where eligible families receive funding to arrange their own care.
We're glad to work alongside these programs rather than compete with them.
