Nursing Care
Some care needs require a regulated professional — medication administration, wound care, and other clinical tasks fall outside what a general caregiver can provide. Fenora arranges this care through independent RNs and LPNs who hold an active, verifiable license through the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM) or the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba (CLPNM).
Who this is for
- A client who needs medication administered or monitored by a professional
- Someone requiring wound care or other regulated clinical tasks
- A family who wants a licensed nurse involved alongside general caregiving support
- Post-hospital cases with clinical needs beyond personal care
What's included
- Medication administration and monitoring
- Wound care and dressing changes
- Clinical assessments as required
- Coordination with a client's physician or care team where appropriate
- Care delivered exclusively by an actively licensed RN or LPN
A note on licensing
Nursing care is provided exclusively by independent contractor RNs and LPNs who hold an active, verifiable license through the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM) or the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba (CLPNM). This is the only service where Fenora uses the word "licensed" — our general caregiving team is Fenora-trained and Fenora-Certified, not licensed, because Manitoba does not regulate that role.
